My business is where I direct my energy. My company, www.networlding.com, focuses on working with top thought leaders who want to make a difference in the world by writing, publishing, and getting their best ideas out into communities to help those in need and make the world a better place.
I especially want to empower women and at-risk youth. I've been growing my company for the last ten years and have helped 120 thought leaders write, publish, and launch their "make-a-difference" books.
I've consistently used proceeds from my authors' book sales to help mentor new adults to help them learn this "new world of publishing." So far, I've mentored more than 30 new adults so far through an organization called Dream Careers.

Named "Best Networker in Chicago" by "Crain's Chicago Business."
Served as the networking coach on 6 Figure Jobs for 10 years helping more than 1000 executives transition in their careers.
I was named one of the"Six Outstanding Woman of the Decade" by the University of Chicago's Women's Business Graduate Advisory Board."
Had a book featured on Oprah called "Fifty Fabulous Places to Raise a Family." I used that book to travel the US and partner with cities to help them share their top initiatives that address the needs of those less fortunate.
Partnered with one of my clients to provide mentoring for at-risk youth. We started in Austin, in Chicago -- a crime-ridden area in but with an amazing school there called Catalyst --https://catalystschools.org/circle-rock. Here, I also worked with the principal to have one of my authors mentor four of their students with his book called "Success on Your Own Terms."-- It was so rewarding for James Rosseau, my author, to show a possible leadership face of the future to their students to inspire them to become all they can be.
My Big Hairy Audacious Goal? To build community centers for families in cities across the US where kids and parents can come together and connect, learn, grow, and share with others. The world is becoming so disconnected. I know that this is the time to bring people together physically as well as online.
My next step? To build an app to create "Pop-Up Book Clubs" where people can read and share cool books from my authors -- connecting with these authors and others in their community to start down the path to better connections and opportunities for their career and businesses.
